Working Committee Forms and Checklists
- Tenure Working Committee Quarterly Report Forms
We have both MS Word and fillable PDFs for your use. Please save the PDF before filling it out so that you do not lose information. - Tenure Working Committee - type-able
self-evaluation template
We have a MS Word form to use to type in the probationer's self evaluation organized by the college-wide tenure criteria.
Class observations should be based on the six sub-criteria of the Faculty Effectiveness tenure criteria. An individual observer can choose to focus on one or two sub-criteria for one class observation, as long as all the sub-criteria are observed during the course of the academic year.
In-Person Observations
- TRC recommends using the updated class observation form from the Teaching Effectiveness course.
- Narratives are still welcome, but should focus on the six-sub-criteria of the Faculty Effectiveness tenure criteria.
Online Observations
- Guidelines for Observing Online Instruction from Instructional Design
- TWC should use either the full or modified PLAID rubric for observing online and remote courses
